An industrial mineral reduction gear oil for use in gear transmissions of modern imported and domestic equipment requiring the use of high quality oils with enhanced anti-wear and anti-friction ЕР (Extreme Pressure) properties. Product features: - Excellent anti-wear and anti-friction properties due to the use of modern anti-wear and anti-friction additive package. It allows to reduce the possibility of friction, pitting, wear corrosion, sulfur corrosion and at the same time to reduce power consumption. It has excellent antioxygenic properties, anti-foaming and demulsifying properties that allow to extend the time between oil changes and extend the service life of the equipment, even in case of a possible water contamination. Reduces repair and maintenance costs; - Effectively reduces all types of corrosion of ferrous and non-ferrous alloys and is perfectly compatible with all types of seals and inserts; - Due to its good low-temperature properties, it maintains its working capacity at low ambient temperatures (up to - 280С); - Due to its universality, it allows standardizing the assortment of reduction gear oils used in the company; - Improves the surface condition, even if damaged, has a micro-softening effect. It is especially recommended for industrial enclosed gear wheels (reducers) lubricated by circulation or spraying (oil mist) when there are heavy loads and high temperatures, vibrations, high speed and sliding friction.
